hope well brother , I like both but man the difference in passion for EVH with Phil X and last guests verses Bonamassa.
Sorry Joe but to me Ed is the GOAT of Rock Guitar and to include Kurt Cobain in the same sentence as EVH from an influence perspective …ahh no!!!
Ed had the feel, the tone, the swing, the boogie, his rhythm playing , his leads as your Dad said he reinvented the guitar!!!
I found myself yelling at him during the podcast he struggled to get 5 songs out and no mention of fair warning or how Ed would bring an innovation to each record anyway I like Joe but he clearly doesn’t have the appreciation we do for the KING EDWARD VAN HALEN!!
